When I was growing up in the suburbs of San Francisco believing I was 'punk rock' (I wasn’t), I thought advertising was synonymous with selling out.

Since then, I’ve learned that advertising can be much more than just advertising. And when creative and strategic minds come together, we have the opportunity to have our voices heard, tell stories, and share experiences that connect us. Kinda punk rock after all...

While my roots are firmly grounded in production, I found that translating the project management and communication skills required as a producer wasn't a far leap from the organizational design and operational systems-based thinking required to lead a large cross functional team or studio.

I excel at taking large, often ambiguous, business challenges and breaking them down into an organized and effective plan, creating an operating rhythm to facilitate the flow of information and driving cross functional collaboration. I strive for impactful, best in class creative while maintaining the integrity of the brand vision.

I value kindness. I believe in lifting up those around you. I think vulnerability is a strength. I think powerful communication doesn’t require a megaphone.
